Although, around here it could simply mean that they work in Missouri and pay taxes here, but live in Kansas and pay taxes there (or vice versa), thereby... paying taxes on both sides of the road - literally! Believe it or not, folks tend to get a bit grumpy about that paying double taxes thing..go figure, huh?
